Delivery to Mainland UK ONLY We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or any offshore islands.

We offer two forms of delivery dependable on whether your purchase is handy packs and small rolls or full width rolls over 2 metres wide.. On the selected product page it will advise which delivery method is applicable.

 1/ 'Handy Packs & Builders Rolls' - This service is used for all items where a courier can deliver an item

Next Day City Link Delivery: £8.95 per item (Order before 2:00pm)

• NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY on orders placed before 2:00pm - Please contact us for cost prior to ordering.

• Handy Pack, Builders Rolls and Packages are delivered by a nominated courier to your front door or designated drop area specified by the customer

• If you are not in the delivery will be re attempted up to 3 times. After which you will incurr a failed delivery charge.

• You may leave instructions for parcels to be left unsigned at your own risk or with a neighbour.

• A tracking code maybe provided depending on the carrier.

• Delivery to mainland UK only.

2/  'Full Roll Widths over 2 metres wide' - This is a method for large items which require larger vehicles to deliver them

Rolls are delivered on a standard economy 2-3 day service, please allow five working days for remote areas.

• All deliveries are subject to stock. 

• Website ordering is only available to Mainland UK. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight. 

• Some areas are subject to an additional charge including the following postcodes: PA, DD, PH, KW, KV, AB, IV, HS 

• FREE delivery on all orders over £350 inc VAT but not delivery. Next day Extras excluded

• A preferred delivery date can be entered when ordering, however this is not guaranteed. 

• Deliveries take place 7:30am - 6:00pm. 

• An additional charge will be levied if the items have to be redelivered. 

• All full width rolls  are delivered by large lorry and are delivered kerbside. 

• All full width roll deliveries must be accessible by a 7.5 ton vehicle. 

• We take no responsibility if your order does not arrive and tradesman have been booked. Please do not book the tradesman until your order has arrived. 

• When contacted by Fibrelok to arrange delivery please: Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. It is advisable to have some one taking delivery that is able to help the driver as they may occasionally need help to unload. Please advise us of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.
